News in the border triangle

No longer an insider tip, but still almost unknown in our latitudes, are the diverse flying areas in the border triangle of the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

An extremely active aviation scene has opened up a large number of launch sites in recent years. Some may hardly count as a take-off point for the Alpine pilot, as they have little difference in altitude, while others offer almost Alpine character.

In the ski areas of the Czech Tatra Mountains, around the Sniezka on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic and in the areas of the Slovak Tatra Mountains, there are a variety of very different flying areas, which also offer interesting XC potential.

Let yourself be surprised by the good cuisine, the diverse conditions and join us on our road trip through the very close East.
