Kosovo / Albania

This Balkan tour takes you through the contrasting mountains of northern Albania, Kosovo and of course the “classics” in the more southern part of Albania.

Starting from the vibrant capital Tirana, we will head north this time. Firstly, there are interesting coastal spots on the way, and secondly, the region around Albania’s highest mountain offers sufficient flying potential and, above all, plenty of scope for new routes. A wild mountain world, the newly awakening mountain nature, as well as a cheerful and hospitable culture contribute to an unforgettable experience.

From there, it is not far to the still largely unknown flying areas in neighboring Kosovo. Unknown in this case means that perfect starting places, a very good XC arena and a still untapped potential can be used to a large extent alone. In addition, there is also the vibrant life in Prizren, the good coffees and the open-minded Kosovars.

This tour also remains completely flexible – so we can always try to find the best flying weather and the route will remain a surprise until the end. Look forward to an exciting journey through two beautiful and diverse countries.
