A good way to become a safe and experienced pilot is to train in the various flying skills and understand the theory that goes with them. We have divided this path into different training camps. All our trainings take place in optimally suited flying areas and are accompanied by flexible theory blocks.
Groundhandling
You learn to control the glider even in strong winds. In addition to controlled take-offs and landings, the program also includes exercises such as cobra take-offs and kiting with the paraglider. This way we train the skills needed to actively fly the paraglider in turbulent air.
Takeoff and landing technique
Here we train launch preparation, (reversetake-offand the correct landing technique in wind speeds up to 20 km/h and also in zero wind. In addition, you will learn and train what to consider when top-landing, slope-landing and out-landing.
Thermik- und Flugtechniktraining
Skilled thermal flying with a paraglider is at the heart of our sport. We’ll teach you how to find thermals, center efficiently, and climb to the cloudbase. In the theoretical sessions we will discuss the different types of thermals and how you can best use them.
“Fly Safe”
In our training weeks for safe flying, you will learn everything about mastering your paraglider as well as a forward-looking and tactically clever flying style.
XC training
There is hardly anything more beautiful than to move alone with the power of nature over mountains, valleys or wide plains. cross-country flying is considered the supreme discipline of paragliding. In our cross-country flight training courses we will provide you with the necessary knowledge and indispensable skills for your future cross-country flight projects.
XC Camps Beginners
Our XC Camps for beginners are aimed at pilots with little experience in cross-country flying. In theory and practice we teach you the basics of cross country flying: cross country weather, flight planning, cross country tactics, optimal equipment and instrument settings.
XC Camps Advanced
Our Advanced Camps are designed for pilots who already have experience in cross-country flying and knowledge of the basic theory of cross-country flying. Each flight day is planned according to the weather conditions, then analyzed and supplemented by advanced theoretical units.
