Golden Autumn in Central Italy
There is more than just culinary delights to discover in the Italian provinces of Umbria, Marche and Abruzzo. The Apennines, which run through central Italy, are characterized by an interesting mix of wild alpine mountains with wide, obstacle-free plateaus, endless meadow slopes and small, spectacular mountain villages.

The trip is also worthwhile for a round trip with slightly less theory and training sessions. We head to beautiful flying areas for thermal soaring, some of which impress with a magnificent panorama around the Gran Sasso. It is not uncommon for countless “grassy humps” to invite you to top-land, take off again and spin up, so that we can fully enjoy the golden October days.

Own arrival to Rome on 17th October until approx. 15:00, departure from Rome on 24th October from 10:50 (train) or 12 noon (flight). We recommend arriving and departing by train. The cost of the train journeys is not included in the travel price. We recommend booking early including seat reservation.
