In Caicó, we go out every day with the mobile roll-off winch to take advantage of the fantastic flatland conditions. The biggest difference to the known flying areas in the Sertao (Quixada, Tacima, Patu) is that in Caicó it is really flat and there are no jet effects due to terrain elevations. In addition, the winch simplifies the launch immensely. We still get safely into the air, while the wind on the slope launch sites has long since blown too strongly.

Getting there
Own arrival, arrival airport Fortaleza. Can be booked for 1 – 4 weeks, meeting point for the airport shuttle to Caicó every Saturday lunchtime at the airport in Fortaleza.

Hotel, double / twin room incl. breakfast. Single room available for an extra charge of 175.00 CHF per week, will be charged on site.
Requirements
SHV Pilot or IPPI 5. Safe glider control in strong conditions. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
Language
Our guides all speak good English and will be happy to translate all the information for you. The main languages of the tour are German, English and Portuguese.
Inclusive services
Accomodation in a double room incl. breakfast in Caicó, airport transfer each Saturday, all winch tows, retrieve service without kilometer limit, transportation and fuel, provision of live tracking for your safety, support and organization.
Not included
Flight/airport taxes, insurance, dinner, possible overnight stays on the return journey to Caicó.
