This Balkan journey leads through the contrasting mountains of northern Albania, Kosovo and of course the “classics” in the southern part of Albania.

Starting from the Kosovar capital of Pristina, we’ll head towards Prizren this time. The region boasts many largely undiscovered flying sites just waiting to be explored. “Unknown” in this case means that perfect starting points, a very good cross-country arena, and a wealth of untapped potential can be utilized to a great extent. Add to that the vibrant life in Prizren, the excellent coffee, and the welcoming Kosovars.

From there it is not far to the north of Albania, where interesting coastal spots await us and the region around Albania’s highest mountain offers sufficient flying potential and plenty of scope for new routes. A wild mountain landscape, the newly awakening mountain nature, as well as a vibrant and hospitable culture contribute to an unforgettable experience.

This tour also remains completely flexible – so we can always try to find the best flying weather and the route will remain a surprise until the end. Look forward to an exciting journey through two beautiful and diverse countries.
