Sardinian island adventure
Sardinia is known for its spectacular coastline with some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Along this coast, we have a variety of flying opportunities, from long beach soaring ridges over the sea to thermal flights that we launch in the mountains and take us right down to the beach.
But that’s not all, because the island holds an even greater magic when you realize what a world full of stories, wild nature and of course flying spots lies slumbering in the interior.
Small hills rising above vast plains offer opportunities for thermal soaring and picturesque sunsets even in autumn. Mountains reaching up to 1000m offer a completely different perspective on this unexpectedly diverse island.
Sardinia is located far from the Italian mainland, and for this reason its cultural heritage differs greatly from the Italian culture we all know.
The island’s history dates back to prehistoric times, and traces of this special identity are still visible today in the authenticity and simplicity of the locals, the rural areas, and the unique cuisine.
An island of great contrasts: between the spectacular coasts and the simplicity of the interior – where flying becomes an opportunity to discover not only the classic hotspots, but the real Sardinia.
