There is more than just culinary delights to discover in the Italian provinces of Umbria, Marche and Abruzzo. The Apennines, which run through central Italy, offer an interesting mix of wild alpine mountains with wide, obstacle-free plateaus, endless meadow slopes and small, spectacular mountain villages.
For us paragliders, this region, with its extensive meadow launch sites and plains, offers a perfect playground to refine our skills in paraglider control, reverse launching, thermal flying and soaring, as well as top landing. Whether you want to get better at it, enjoy handling the glider or are looking for an introduction to this topic, you will find your challenge here.
In addition to theory, demonstrations and video analyses, we have plenty of time and opportunity for practical implementation and there is no shortage of flying fun either.
We are convinced that this trip offers the ideal opportunity to take you a step further as a pilot. All in beautiful flying areas with a subtle influence of the “dolce vita”!

Getting there
Own arrival and departure by train or car. For the train ride from Switzerland to e.g. Bologna or Rome and back, regular tickets cost about 300 CHF; these are not included in the tour price. We will be happy to help you with the booking of train tickets on site.

Our guides speak English and will be happy to translate any information for you. However, the main language of the tour is usually German.
